Condition: The product must be returned in like-new condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, mounts, and manuals included.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned products. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and quality testing required to prepare the item for resale.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for products purchased from other retailers (see Section 6 below).

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent via untraceable methods.

-Missing accessories, cables, or original packaging.

-Product returned more than 30 days after delivery confirmation.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue—typically by sending a replacement part or replacement unit—without requiring a full product return.

6. Purchases from Other Retailers

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased our product from another retailer (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other third-party seller), you must contact that retailer directly for their return and refund policies. We cannot process returns for products bought elsewhere.
