One-Year Limited Warranty

This One-Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to all new devices and accessories (collectively, the “Product”) purchased directly from us or through authorised retailers. This Warranty is provided separately from, and in addition to, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. Those rights are not affected by this Warranty.

1. Warranty Provider

The provider of this Warranty (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is:

2. Warranty Coverage

When you purchase a new Product (excluding items sold as “Used”), we warrant that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period and you follow the return process described below, we will, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

  1. Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;

  2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or better performance; or

  3. Refund all or part of the original purchase price.

Any repaired or replaced Product will be covered for the longer of:

  • the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or

  • ninety (90) days.

Products or parts that have been replaced become our property.

3. What This Warranty Covers

This Warranty applies only to the hardware components of the Product under normal use.

It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, or other external causes

  • Exposure to liquids or extreme environments

  • Improper installation or operation contrary to the user manual

  • Unauthorised repairs, modification, or disassembly

  • Use of third-party parts, accessories, or power equipment

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality

  • Normal wear and tear


4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

We will provide instructions on how to return your Product. In general, you must:

  • Return the Product in its original packaging or equally protective packaging

  • Remove any memory cards, stored data, or personal materials

  • Provide proof of purchase

During service, data stored on the Product may be lost or erased, and we are not responsible for recovering or safeguarding such data.


5. Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • This Warranty and its remedies are the exclusive remedies available to you.

  • We disclaim all statutory or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • If such warranties cannot be disclaimed, they are limited to the duration of the Warranty Period.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions, including the UK and EU, where statutory consumer protections prohibit such exclusions. In those regions, you may have additional rights that cannot be waived.


6. Your Consumer Rights

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under the laws of your country or region. This Warranty does not affect those rights.
