  • Any data processed through the Tuya Smart App or Tuya cloud platform is governed solely by Tuya’s Privacy Policy and Tuya’s Terms of Service.

We only collect the minimum information necessary to operate and support our hardware Products. We do not collect video, audio, or images processed by Tuya Services.

This information does not include video, audio, or identifiable user behaviour.
All video/audio is handled solely by Tuya.

When you install the Tuya Smart App or activate cloud-related features, Tuya may collect:

  • Wi-Fi information and IP address

  • Video/audio recordings

  • Device logs

Tuya is a completely independent service provider.
We do not access, process, retain, or control any information collected by Tuya.
